Free shipping on orders $100+. A flat $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. All shipping charges are tax-exclusive (we do not charge tax on shipping).

⏱ Delivery Time

Processing within 24h (business days). Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • GCC (KSA/UAE/QA/KW/OM/BH): 5–8 business days
  • USA/Canada & EU/UK: 6–12 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–20 business days

💰 Duties & Taxes

Unless stated at checkout, customers are responsible for import duties/VAT/brokerage fees; these are not included in item price or shipping. Customs charges are non-refundable. If delivery is refused due to fees, original shipping, any customs/brokerage, and return costs will be deducted from the refund.

⚠️ Failed Delivery

Extra shipping fees apply if the parcel is refused, unclaimed after delivery attempts, or returned due to no/late customs response.
